Seagull 20

The Seagull 20 is a fast, small and trailerable trimaran, designed for day and cruising trips on coastal and inland waters.

The boat is build in plywood epoxy construction except the folding beams, which are made of fiberglass reinforced plastics.

The typical speed of multihulls is achieved by combining low displacement with extremely narrow hulls.

A pivoting daggerboard and sliding rudder allow for a very shallow draft resulting in the possibility of beaching and sailing in shallow waters.

The specific section shape gives the boat a very spacious interior, harboring a double berth, single berth, sufficient sitting accommodation, and a galley.

The folding system allows for simple assembly and disassembly, making the trimaran with a folded width of less than 2.55 m easily trailerable.
